America2Iceland LLC is a partnership between Gudmar Petursson, Rebecca Bing, and Joe Lusk.

Joe and Rebecca provide the business end of things by planning and coordinating all of the logistics, building relationships with clients and providers, and escorting the trips.

Gudmar oversees and creates the curriculum, conducts clinics, hand selects guest clinicians, and provides the network of contacts in Iceland to help ensure a “native” experience.

ABOUT GUDMAR PETURSSON
Gudmar started riding at age five. Soon after, he was winning competitions. Currently, Gudmar holds the second highest number of Icelandic championship titles ever. Gudmar is a certified FT competition trainer and as a B instructor, he has earned the highest degree awarded by Holar University. Gudmar lives in Kentucky and runs a training and teaching facility called Gudmar Petursson Icelandic Horses. Gudmar is also the team leader of The Knights of Iceland, an exciting show team that performs all across the United States.

ABOUT REBECCA BING & JOE LUSK
Rebecca and Joe have been focused on the Icelandic breed since the year 2000. Rebecca has been riding horses all her life and has a lot of experience organizing clinics and matching horses and riders. Joe shares the same passion about horses and is a student of Icelandic history, nature and the sagas. As the trip coordinators and guides, they make a great team. Rebecca and Joe reside in Asheville, North Carolina.
